great stay but parking can get tight

The two-bedroom suite provided a cute and spacious environment for our family. Each room was comfy, and the personal touch with fresh muffins waiting for us made our arrival special. Chris and Dominic exemplified great hospitality, promptly answering our queries and even preparing for our arrival. The breakfast joint next door offered excellent food.

We liked the hotel, its great and unbeatable location and exceptionally nice staff. Our rooms were perfectly clean and had coffee/tea makers, a dining area and a sitting area. The food they offered was FANTASTIC, had variety of meals.

The location was perfect, super close to the highway and plenty of shops around. That kitchen burner was a lifesaver for us looking to whip up a quick snack. The fresh muffins were a highlight every morning!

Comfortable Stay for Families

The modern decor was nice, but the sticky flooring gave an unexpected twist to our trip. Consider bringing fans for the second floor, especially during warmer months. Keep an eye on the parking area, as it can get busy.

The kitchen had a handy burner which was a nice surprise for anyone wanting to cook. On the downside, the lights outside made the bedrooms quite bright at night. Better curtains would improve the sleep quality. Parking got a little crowded with breakfast customers from the restaurant next door, so plan accordingly if you're driving. These small inconveniences didn't overshadow the inviting feel of the lodge. I'd definitely return for another stay.

This place was an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in West Springfield with reasonable value. The fresh muffins waiting for us made our arrival feel special and cute. Be mindful of the parking situation, it can fill up quickly during breakfast hours.

The upstairs was like a sauna while the downstairs was a freezer-talk about an awkward climate! And who knew sticky floors could turn a relaxing walk into a black-footed adventure?

Great location near Six Flags and delicious breakfast at Memos. Perfect for karaoke and casino lovers.

Felt like chilling at home, no complaints.

It was super convenient to the Expo! Ideal spot to be close by and not have to worry about traveling far.
